Cookie Policy

Last updated: 14 July 2026

1. About This Policy

This Cookie Policy explains how Eazy Labs Pty Ltd (ACN 699 772 417) trading as EvntEazy (“EvntEazy,” “we,” “us,” “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on our website and platform, and the choices available to you. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains more broadly how we handle personal information.

2. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They let a site remember information about your visit, such as your preferences or login state, and are widely used to make websites work, or work more efficiently, as well as to provide information to the site’s owners.

We also use similar technologies such as local storage and tracking pixels (for example, the Meta Pixel), which serve comparable purposes to cookies and are covered by this Policy.

3. Categories We Use

3.1 Strictly necessary

Required for the platform to function - for example, keeping you signed in, remembering items in a checkout flow, and protecting against fraud. These cannot be switched off, as the platform will not work correctly without them.

3.2 Analytics

Help us understand how visitors use our website and platform - for example, which pages are viewed and how visitors navigate the site - so we can improve performance and usability. We use aggregated or pseudonymised data from these cookies; we do not use them to identify individual clients or leads entered by planners.

3.3 Advertising and marketing

Used on our public marketing website (not the logged-in platform) to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to show you relevant EvntEazy ads on other websites and social platforms (remarketing). See Section 4 for details of the specific tools we use.

Sensitive client or event data entered by planners into the EvntEazy platform is never used for advertising or marketing cookies. The advertising cookies described here relate only to visits to our public marketing website.

4. Third-Party Cookies and Tools

4.1 Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand traffic to our marketing website. Google LLC processes this data under its own privacy terms; see Google’s Privacy Policy for details.

4.2 Meta Pixel

We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel on our marketing website to measure ad performance and build remarketing audiences. Meta Platforms, Inc. processes this data under its own terms; see Meta’s Privacy Policy for details. We do not currently enable Meta’s Advanced Matching feature or Conversions API, meaning we do not send hashed contact details (such as email or phone number) to Meta through the Pixel. If this changes, we will update this Policy beforehand.

5. Managing Your Preferences

If you are located in the EEA or UK, please note that advertising cookies should only be set with your consent. If you are visiting from one of these regions and are concerned about how cookies are applied on our site, please contact us using the details in Section 7 and we will assist.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time as our tools or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected here and, where required, in our Privacy Policy.
